The girls, ages 9 and 14, were waiting for their school bus at Charlemagne Blvd. and Martinoff Way at about 7:25 a.m. when an unfamiliar man driving an empty, older-model school bus stopped at their location.
DRIVER LEFT
The driver told the girls he was driving for three different schools that day and told them to get on the bus, police said. The girls refused and the driver left the area.
The driver is described as French-speaking, 60 years of age, grey hair, a thin build and with a possible deformity to one of his hands.
The school bus is described as yellow, with a possible cab-over style. The bus was very dirty with no name markings.
Anyone with information can contact police at 613-236-1222, ext. 5944, or Crime Stoppers at 613-233-8477.
