14 year old missing for 4 days
This came across my desk this morning. Nothing was said about an amber alert.

OTTAWA (CBC) - The search continued Tuesday for a 14-year-old Ottawa boy who went missing four days earlier.
Justin Rutter parted ways with a friend at 10 p.m. Thursday on Côté Street near St. Laurent Boulevard after leaving his home in Lowertown in the afternoon, said an Ottawa police news release.
He had told the friend he didn't want to go home and wanted to stay out late or all night, the release said.
But according to his family, he has never stayed away from home overnight before.
Ottawa police said that he has since been seen near the Ottawa Mission on Waller Street in Lowertown.
On Monday, his family organized a massive search in Lowertown, Vanier, the Byward Market, and along St. Laurent Boulevard in an effort to find him. Around 75 people took part, putting up posters along the street as well as information online.
His grandmother, Diane Veilleux, said the family is very worried about him because it isn't normal for him to leave like this.
"With each day that passes, this becomes more and more serious," she told CBC's French-language service Radio-Canada in French. "We really feel as though our hands our tied."
Ottawa police spokeswoman Louise Logue said Tuesday that the family's efforts to get the information out are helpful and the search will continue until the case is resolved.
Justin is described as being about five feet four inches tall and 110 pounds, with a slim build, short light brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing dark blue jeans and a brown and white hoodie when he went missing.
